Fear of the dentist
Are you nervous about a dental visit?
You are certainly not alone.
We take your anxiety seriously and ensure a calm, personal approach.

During an initial exploratory appointment, the dentist will simply listen to your concerns about anxiety and the symptoms you are experiencing; there will be no treatment. The dentist is mindful of this and takes extra time to put you at ease. Together, you will agree on certain arrangements—such as raising your hand if things become too stressful or if you need a break.
At a second appointment, the dentist will calmly examine the cause of your symptoms. This allows them to clearly explain the treatment to you—exactly what will happen and why. You are always free to request local anesthesia, even if it is not strictly necessary. To help you relax, you might listen to music through earphones or use a stress ball.
If you do not feel quite ready yet, that is not a problem. Feel free to take some time to think it over and schedule a new appointment when it feels right for you.
By visiting the dentist for preventive check-ups (rather than only when you are in pain), you can avoid extensive and painful treatments.

Why is it important to you?
- Breaking the vicious cycle of stress and shame.
- Empowerment through having control over your own treatment.
- Reduced stress and a positive dental experience.
- Less invasive treatments.
- Cost savings, as delaying dental care often leads to expensive treatments.
- A healthy, beautiful smile in the long run.
